Assessment Panel Feedback

This is an optional form which the Assessment Panel Chair can fill out if they want to provide the CAA with some feedback on a specific assessment with the intent of improving the CAP process, identifying training requirements, or potential ways for applicants to improve the clarity in their portfolios.

Please only submit one form per assessment that is reflective of the entire assessment completed.

Challenging competencies

List any competencies that you find challenging to interpret based on the wording of the competency and why. This is not in relation to the applicant materials provided, it is only related to your interpretation of the competency. This information will be used in the reviews of the competencies.

Comments & recommendations

Adequacy of material, witness checks, assumptions made, and to be checked by
regulator. Do not refer to the applicant by name, just call them "the applicant" so information can be compiled anomalously.
