The credential assessment process (CAP) is a service for individuals who have graduated from a non-accredited forestry or allied science post-secondary program(s) delivered in and/or outside of Canada and need to determine if they are qualified to apply for registration as a forest professional in Canada. The process recognizes prior learning that meets the professional competency standards for the respective profession and identifies gaps in competencies.
